How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information.

How fast is shipping & fulfillment?
Processing may take a couple of days. Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 15 days after shipping. You'll be notified when your order is packed, typically within 5 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges apply to most products, though some may qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For international shipping inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

What if my order is lost in the mail?
Claims for lost packages must be submitted to tccbyprhub@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll cover the shipping costs for a replacement if your address was correct. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, replacements will be at your expense.

My order shows it's been returned to sender. What happened?
If a package is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. New shipping charges will apply for re-delivery if the address was incorrect.

Payment FAQs

I forgot to use a discount code on my order.
You can use your code on your next order. Changes can’t be made to placed orders.

How do I cancel my order?
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once processed, changes can’t be made.

Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled if our fraud filter marks it as potentially fraudulent.
