Refund Period

  • Business Days: Days excluding weekends and public holidays in India.
  • Customer: A person purchasing for personal use, not for resale.

REFUND RULES

You can cancel your order before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation isn't possible, and a service charge of ₹70 to ₹200 applies if you refuse delivery.

Refunds won't be processed for incorrect orders. Eligible returns will receive a refund minus shipping costs. Proof of purchase is required.

If a product is defective, it will be verified before a refund or replacement is issued.

Refunds will go to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed to your bank account.

Digital products are non-returnable unless defective.

UNCONFIRMED ORDERS

RETURNING PRODUCTS

  2. Ensure the product is in original condition, properly packed, and labeled with your order number.
